Learn how to create a beautiful chocolaty yule log this christmas...best part is if you don't need it straight away you can freeze it ready for christmas day.
This class has been created specifically for adults who have an interest in baking.
The class will cover:
- Demonstration on how to make the Appleyard Bakery Signature Brownie Recipe
- Demonstration on how to make Appleyard Bakery's super tasty hybrid buttercream
- You will then get hands on by putting together your sponges and fillings as well as working with colouring and piping buttercream and any further decorations
