Always wanted to learn to bake, but don't know where to start? Then this class is for you, we are taking things back to basics with a classic victoria sponge.
This class has been created specifically for beginners who have an interest in baking.
The class will cover:
- How to make the Appleyard Bakery Signature Vanilla Sponge Recipe - to be baked during class
- How to make Appleyard Bakery's super tasty hybrid buttercream - you will have the choice of using this or chantilly cream if you prefer
The cake you will be making is the perfect cake size to share between 4-6 people.
